Shipping is a flat rate of 1,000 yen, excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa. If a single purchase exceeds 20,000 yen, shipping within Japan will be free. Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture is a flat rate of 1,500 yen regardless of the purchase amount.
International shipping is available for selected products at a flat rate.
We will exchange any defective items (such as broken or leaking items as a result of shipping) within eight (8) days of shipping.

We will reimburse the cost of shipping for exchanged items.
Returned items must be sent back untagged and/or unopened within eight (8) days of shipping for a refund.
